TopPropMart, an online web portal dealing in Residential & Commercial properties in Noida, Gurugram & Lucknow attempting to increase their value by selling A grade developer projects at the right price after negotiating. 

There are multiple challenges which the company has to face during consultation. For most properties the prices are quoted after all negotiations with the developer by the sales team. 

Given the large number of apartments unsold due to negligence/fraud activities of the developers, there are very limited inventory of the projects which clear due diligence. This procedure is extremely costly, time consuming and so Prospect Theory Consulting approach was taken:

  • Review all A Grade developers with available 3BHK+S inventory on Noida-Gr. Noida Expressway. 
  • Explore options for resale of properties for the same projects as the chances would be high for immediate possession.

Solution
Prospect Theory consulting worked really well by using the Inventory on sale on TopPropMart’s website. This approach was cost effective, risk free and stood as per the requirements of the buyer. 
This model helped the company from 2 aspects; first, negotiations was easy with the seller and buyer because of demand and second, the company received remuneration from both the parties hence completing the demand supply chain.
